System 9 Pattern Exporter is a useful utility for all owners of System 9 Multiple Pattern Sequencer.

Although through the current RE SDK you cannot transfer sequencer events to note lanes, System 9 Exporter will serve as the second best solution to remedy this problem...

 

 

 

System 9 Pattern Exporter is a useful utility for all owners of System 9 Multiple Pattern Sequencer.

Although through the current RE SDK you cannot transfer sequencer events to note lanes, System 9 Pattern Exporter will serve as the second best solution to remedy this problem: System 9 Pattern Expoerer (or simply S9X) will export patterns created by System 9 Rack Extension, to MIDI files, ready for import on your Reason or any other DAW of your choice for that matter!

Of course to further assist you with this task, we have added a few options to make your work a little more easier! Here's a list of these features.

  • Adjustable Tempo for Export: Set custom tempo for exporting the MIDI events.

  • Adjustable PPQn Resolution: Set the export events resolution.

  • Trigger Mapping: Map the System9 triggers to any MIDI key, or completely ignore one or more triggers.

  • Parameter Mapping: Like trigger mapping, you can map System9 parameters to specific MIDI Control Numbers or completely ignore them. 

  • Manual Pattern Export Selection: Chose which patterns you want to export:

  • Automatic Pattern Export Selection: Let the application decide which patterns to export. With the click of a button, the only the patterns containing data will be selected for export.

  • Apply or ignore completely global parameters like Master Hit Volume, Random and Shuffle.

  • And more...

System 9 Pattern Exporter is free of charge for all System 9 Multi Pattern Sequencer owners and demo users. It runs both on PC and Mac, using the Adobe AIR Framework, which you can download by visiting the Adobe Website. More instructions are available in the manual included in the download zip file.
